Zin's tail flicked from side to side as she wandered calmly through fogbound forest. She seemed uneasy as she did so. It was more the thickness of fog that confused the mammalian as she strolled through this place, but it was also the fleeting sounds of rustling bushes that made her all the more aware of her surroundings.
Almost anybody's hearing would be heightened if they couldn't see more than a foot before them. Her crystaline eyes darted, trying to make out shapes. Not that it was possible in the darkness and fog in this part of the woods. Why hadn't she stayed in the clear area... well the reason was simple enough, she was adventurous...

A twig snapped in the bushes. A creature, the size of a medium sized dog, was walking through the bushes, its ethreal wings giving off wisps of fog that soon blended in with the rest of the fog. It knew Zin was there, it didn't know what she was, and frankly didn't care. It knew that it could fly away if it was attacked. Its eyes gave off a bright glow as it passed by.

What was that? Zin watched as a pair of eyes bobbed across the thick fogged path. Her tail twitched a little as her fur stood on end. How to get it's attention, was it kind. Oh it didn't matter, she was out for adventure not to be afraid of it. She clicked softly, lowering herself a little more as if she were a submissive. "Come on, I'm not going to hurt you" she whispered softly, holding out a hand to see if it would come to her.
If it didn't well then she would need to try to get it's attention a different way...

It looked towards the human, listening to its clicking sounds. They sounded a bit like its favorite food, Click Birds. He made a soft "Kroo?" noise, and warily stepped fowards, a leg coming out of the bush. He then poked his head out, and streched it fowards a bit, to get a closer look at Zin. It growled a bit and kept its head low to the ground as it approached Zin, as if to say, "I'll attack you if I have to..."

Zin seemed a little confused. What was this creature doing. "Easy now fella, I'm not going to hurt you... Look I have food" she mewed, reaching into her sash and pulling out a scrap of meat. She held it out flat palmed to the creature. "See, food" she mewed.
The mammal wasn't sure if this creature would accept her offer. She wasn't trying to hurt it. But she was also at her own disadvantage. The only thing she could really see of it was the eyes...

The creature blinked. Food? This creature was offering him food? It stepped fowards warily, losing its aggresive nature, before it snatched the food from Zin's hand. It sat down, chewing the sweet meat. Its glowing eyes were filled with pleasure. It swallowed the meant and looked up at Zin. What was the strange creature going to do next?

The mammal smiled softly as the creature took food from her paw. She lowered her hand for it to sniff at, a sign of respect as she kneeled to look it in the eyes. To make sure that it was aware she meant no harm to him... her... she couldn't tell in the fog. "Look, see I mean no hurt to you" she mewled softly, in a calming tone.
Zin was beginning to feel good about this creature and it's curiosity...

Thecreature sniffed at Zin's hand. It looked up at her again and let out another, this time louder "Krooo?" it walked circles around her carefully examining her. It then noticed Zin's bag and nudged it, smelling the scents of more food coming from within. It trusted Zin now, and wasn't afraid (If not a little bit shy.) it was now making many more Krooing noises.

She smiled. "Oh, you want more?" she asked. "Well this was for my journey out here, but I guess I'll be heading home sooner than I had expected" She laughed softly as she flipped open the cover for her sash, allowing the creature to (probably) see the full extent of what was in there, she took out the container of meat and a paper plate.
After setting the plate on the ground she emptied the container of it's contents and smiled. "Go ahead, you can have it" she stated, picking up a water bottle and pouring a little into a plastic bowl that she kept in the burlap sack. "You must be thirsty too?" she asked...

The creature was loving Zin's generosity and quickly gulped down the food. It then slurped up the water and licked its lips. It then stretched and walked around the clearing a bit. Itwas making varying "Kroo!" noises. Light began to pop up all around it and more krooing noises aroused from the bushes, as if the creatures relatives were saying goodbye. It then nuzzled Zin and fell asleep at her side. (You have completed your first "creature quest" from here on, it probably will get harder, and you will probably have to post several times before I reply with a chance to a creature. Your creatures code will be PMed to you and its extra attacks will be added to the stats list.)
